The service and food are consistently great at this restaurant. I particularly enjoy the brisket and appreciate the family-owned aspect. My wife really enjoyed the Piggie sandwich, and my kids couldn't get enough of the fries.

I was really let down by this restaurant. We arrived at 3:45 for dinner and had to wait for about 40 minutes. It seemed like they were understaffed, but that seems to be a common issue everywhere these days.

The ambiance at this restaurant is fantastic! The noise level is just right and the customers all seem to be enjoying themselves. Canyon city is great. we just love their barbeque. it's as tasty as all her sides. eating the Brisket family is excellent, try it. they can eat there or take them away. the service is very nice and there is not a thing that they do not like. their beans and maisbrot are one must. they even serve beer if they want. fun.
