Montemar - Azua

Very cozy hotel, good air in the rooms. Cleaning in the corridors, aesthetics of the beautiful place. Francis is super friendly staff. Order food nearby they have the contact and it is not good.

This is the best hotel we have in the D.R. There is now construction and the pool is not usable, but it is a few miles from the beach, so no problem. Close to convenient shops/gas stations, and only on the edge of Azua. The staff is friendly and helpful, but they only speak Spanish. The room is newer and quite large and clean. Internet signal is good in the room (a rarity in many Dominican hotels), and there are pretty safe parking on the site. You have upgraded us to a balcony without additional costs. The gym is pretty good. The price is excellent.

I set 5 stars for the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Luis! But the hotel itself was not worth the price, the continental breakfast was disappointing, but the service let us forget. Thanks again to the staff! French tourists.

Front desk personnel not too friendly. When asked to show a room, the guy wasn't too pleased. Internet a bit on the slow side in the room. But for the price, it wasn't bad. Probably best option in this little town

A really nice place to spend the night. No restaurant because of COVID but bedroom is nice and the pool too.
