Gran Toritos Mexican And Grill - Azle

We have been at this restaurant for an hour and still have not received our food. Customers who arrived after us have already been served. When we brought this up to the manager, they insisted that we had not been waiting for an hour, despite us arriving around 5:45 and it now being 6:55. We were also charged for items that we did not order. The main reason we will not be returning is the poor customer service from the manager on duty tonight. She could benefit from some customer service training.

The waitress at the restaurant was very attentive. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name.

The food is fantastic and the staff is very friendly. The margaritas are also delicious.

The food was great, the backyard shrimp dinner really could have been shelled and de vaned before wrapping bacon and cooking would have been better but overall was great. Awesome waiter!

El Gran Torito is always a good experience. Good food, good menu, good service, and good value pricing. Consistent. Comfortable seating and safe distancing. Always a good choice.
