Elmos Bbq - Azle

Elmo's was opened for about a month. The hotel is located in the grocery store on the corner 730 (Boyd rd) and W Timberlake. I ordered the 3 meat combination. The brisket was well marbled beautiful smoke taste and at the bottom right tender, not chew, but melt delicately in your mouth. The ribs also had a wonderful taste and texture as I like them. Also the pulled pig was good. I usually do not eat sauce on my meat, but enjoyed the taste of the sauce I used on the pulled pork. Light vinegar flavor and maybe it was just me, but thought I picked up an orange essence. Pages were potato salad and Mac and cheese. Potato salad was good as what you would get at Deli. Mac and cheese was just that,Non imagination, but had a very creamy well-covered cheese taste. The two work very courteous and friendly. You fixed me. The 3 meat combo plate with a drink was enough for me and my spouse plus left overs. If you didn't try Elmo, please do. I enjoyed it.

My husband and I came here tonight with a bbq desire. Elmos didn't disappoint. We had the brisket baked potato (which was huge), and the Brisket Nachos. They were both delicious! Nice to have a good bbq place in Azle!

Just received a delivery and there are definitely customers here! I had the brisket, nachos, brisket tacos, and half of the chicken plate (and I wasn't the only one enjoying it). Everyone was thoroughly satisfied with our meals! The brisket was absolutely delicious—no fat at all. I really love this place!

Elmo’s BBQ is a hidden jewel of the Azle! Best BBQ I ever had it. The portions were great. 10/10 recommend!

I finally had the opportunity to visit this restaurant and I can confirm that the hype is absolutely justified. The food was incredible, the prices were reasonable, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it!
