Terrible experience...every single time!!! Order online- order is never ready and often lost. Walk in- count on 1/2hr for sure...service...don't care if it's an hour late...no sorry..no apology...no discount...order forgotten...told to go sit and wait. AVOID if u don't have 30 min or more to waste. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60

Absolutely terrible food and service. I've been 3 times in the past year and each time, the order is either wrong or just plain terrible. Soggy, cold fries, brown lettuce on the big crunch I ordered.
