The Charter - Aylesbury Vale

The director of my company has booked us a table for drinks. when we ordered drinks, I was denied an alcoholic drink, because it is against their policy to serve them without asking any customer to pass. what is fair...whether I understand that every company has its own policies to follow, but because I was the only one that she had asked for id of, I was flabbergasted. when the rest of our group arrived, was one of the young who was almost 10 years younger than I was allowed to have an alcoholic drink without a ID. I asked why, and the waitress said because he looks older. I threw a damper with the manager who was very helpful and sorted out for me. then I was allowed to drink alcohol. the whole group that I felt so was very unfair and the waitress wanted to claim her autority in a way that felt very racist, and not only me, but the whole group felt like I was the only black person among us.

We regularly visit the charter that we love the service and also eating is always on the point, therefore we are back all the time.

I and my man went to lunch and it was an excellent value for money, two main for £8.99, they can't go wrong! service with a smile to boot. thanks for a nice time!

Visited with our son during half term, a very busy service but staff were friendly and attentive, food was value for money and prompt. No complaints and will be returning!
