The food is good but for once I decided to view my receipt. Tell me why I am being charged for a tip that I didnt approve? Almost $2. We eat here quit often and i never really look at my receipt but have noticed that prices were going up. So how is it that they can tip themselves with my money? Dont usually tip fast food workers so I view this as stealing. That $2 adds up. Wonder how many times in the last month this has happened.

I placed an order through the app and went to pick it up, but the restaurant had closed early. Despite not receiving my order, they still charged me. I contacted customer service, and they assured me that I would receive a refund within 48 hours. However, it has been over a month, and I still haven't received anything. I highly DO NOT recommend this place! Avoid it if you can. Scammers! Service: Takeout.

Good afternoon. I don’t typically voice complaints, but I felt it necessary to share my experience at this Subway. The manager was extremely rude. When I asked her how her day was going, she didn’t respond; after waiting a few seconds, I asked again, and she snapped back that I had already asked, so she didn’t realize I was talking to her. There were flies around the cookies, and she appeared quite upset, making her unapproachable. This wasn’t the usual manager, and she burned my subs yet still intended to serve them to me. I told her she had a wonderful attitude. I won’t be returning to this location unless the other managers are in charge.
