Starbucks - Avondale

I always call ahead to request my drink be made a certain way, but it never happens. Whoever answers the phone always says they’ll pass on the message, but it never gets done. I don’t understand why this is such a challenge. Aren’t we paying for a drink that we want prepared a particular way?

This is the best Starbucks I've ever visited. Ben is incredibly friendly and personable, and Karina crafted my new favorite drink. I requested something without syrup but still flavorful, and she came up with a brewed Chai Tea featuring vanilla bean powder and steamed milk. It's perfect and exactly what I was looking for. The staff here is fantastic! I also love the music they play, which includes a lot of 90s hip hop and classic jazz (like Sinatra and Nat King Cole). I've noticed that not all Starbucks locations offer this vibe—often, the music is too quiet at others.

I mistakenly messed up my family's mobile order and forgot to change the milk in my frappe. The girl with the big hoop earrings was very understanding and quickly made a delicious new one for me. Ben, as always, was friendly, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I rate it 10/10 for the location!

Swallow them down and make them the drinks for the first time. I ordered a venti caramel macchiato and they always never fill the cup all the way most of his foam I always ask for additional steam milk.

3 stars because the staff here regularly doesn't call out names of orders when they're putting them down for pick up.For such a small place and the amount of people than can pack in here, it is imperative to call out names! We can't ALL sit over there looking at everything that comes out. Call out the names loudly and clearly so they can be heard! We have places to be.
