Main Event Avondale

Be cautious when using gift cards at this location. I bought two beers for $15 from the bar using a $50 gift card, only to discover later that I was charged $36 for the drinks. I submitted a request on the website to dispute the extra charges, but no one followed up with me. After waiting a week, I decided to visit the location and spoke with the manager. He informed me that gift cards are treated like cash, meaning once the funds are spent, they cannot be refunded. Additionally, he mentioned that he couldn't retrieve the transaction details because it's managed by a third party. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

I highly recommend Main Event for your next date night—definitely a 10/10! This was my first visit, and I was not disappointed at all. We opted for the unlimited package, which included bowling, zip lining, and laser tag. The food and drinks were enjoyable, making it a perfect spot for family fun.

My wife, daughter, and I went bowling and played two games while enjoying some pizza. We had a wonderful time!

Aaron was exceptional! He turned our initial unpleasant experience into a fantastic one by going above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. We had a wonderful time! Thank you, Aaron; we will definitely be back!

We dined at the restaurant and treated the kids to some amazing shakes. There were three fantastic flavors to choose from. The staff was incredible, and we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend it for a day enjoying the cool air conditioning!
