Little Caesars Pizza - Avondale

The restaurant is not what it used to be. The customer service is poor and it takes too long to prepare a pizza. I waited for over an hour, which is ridiculous considering they were known for having hot, ready-to-go pizzas.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. On Friday, May 20, 2023, at 8:03 PM, we placed an online order for 10 pizzas. When we arrived at the estimated time of 8:36 PM, the order was not ready. We waited for a while longer, but our order still had not been prepared by 9:54 PM. The staff informed us that our order was not available and when we tried to discuss the issue, they were rude and marked our transaction as completed. We were unable to cancel our $100 transaction. I do not recommend this location and suggest that management address this issue with their staff, as many customers in the store were treated similarly.

This restaurant offers low-quality, affordable pizza that matches its price. Personally, I would prefer to spend a bit more and enjoy a better pizza from Dominos or Pizza Hut. The drive to the restaurant is often crowded with cars, so be prepared for a wait. Overall, the food is rated 3 out of 5.

I very much believe that the hired crack heads at this point. Completely incompetent. The ride thru line has over 7 cars in line for over an hour and the girl in front with long brown hair sat only on her phone laughing Delirious. Help NO ONE.

My issue was with the derails of my order not being correct. No longer do you call the store to order. There is a service that dispatches the orders. This is the third time this month, I have ordered a pepperoni with extra cheese and asked that they spread the toppings to the edge leaving no borders or crust around the edges. second time. I SPECIFICALLY made it clear to the lady taking order from the call center. I told her how the previous orders were not correct and made sure she understood. And still no extra cheese and 2 inches of crust. When I called the call center number again to let her know what happened, I was nice and as I was explaining what happened, she hung up on me. The call center is the worst move on little Cesar's part ever.
