Jersey Mike's Subs - Avondale

We love Jersey Mike 's. We go to this location before we bowl in the Main event but as we experienced yesterday. My husband complains about the hard as a rock bread and you can 't bend with your fingers and all she said is all our bread is like that . Like common we 've been to this location and other Jersey Mike 's locations. We never had a problem until yesterday. The sandwich is so expensive for a tiny sandwich. The lady almost doesn 't want to replace our sandwich and is so unprofessional talking about what happened with her co-worker. Then the co-worker finds out about what happened He just poured so much vinegar and oil on our sandwich. We didn 't say anything because we don 't know what else they can do to mess up with our food. In the back of our mind that we will never ever come back to this location.

KJ, the “shift lead” who unfortunately doesn’t understand how to properly run a business was terrible. Couldn’t accommodate for their lack thereof and inconvenience after we had already paid for our order. No sympathy. Honestly not even sure how she has her job. I hope someone trains her how to properly communicate.

I was pleasantly surprised..I'm not too big on subs, because the bread tends to overpower the sandwich but this wasn't the case. Cheese steak was delicious, I'll be back....

Unless you call in your order plan on waiting as it seems patrons that show up and place order are the least of there concern.

My family loves jersey mikes it's my husband's favorite but they pass the buck to other workers and the sandwich doesn't get made right
