Przekaż informację zwrotnąI wanted to get three pizzas. It was busy and chaotic. I ended up with an order for 2 pizzas, although I paid for 3 pizzas. First, I was told that they did not have my paid order intake for 3 pizzas. In the end, another counter worker identified my payment and called the ticket number to identify the person with my payment receipt. Great work in chaos!
What can I say? Please have more choices with your pizza except cheese or pep. And I don't know what you did with the hot dogs, but they're not all beef. And bring the onions back
Are they still selling the HAND DIPPED ICE CREAM BAR WITH NUTS??? That was my favorite!
A few days ago I visited in a busy time and ordered a whole pizza. After 20 minutes I went to the counter to ask how much longer it would be, how I had a car full of frozen items and was dismissed rudely and the staff on the floor said that the pickup line was. After another 30 minutes, almost an hour total, and after watching many customers come and go with their pizzas, I went to the counter to cancel my order and was told that they lost the ticket! I waited another 15 minutes and finally got my pizza, but the customer service here is missing seriously. I didn't offer compensation, not even a 60 cent drink. A star for customer service.
The food as in all Costco's is good. Since my last comment on the food court service, the overall flow of service provided has improved and of course the food is still a great value. Keep up the good work!
