Przekaż informację zwrotnąOrdered on Doordash at 10:20 (they stop taking orders at 10:40). They confirmed the order, waited 20 minutes and then cancelled the order for being closed.If you’re too lazy to do your job, at least have some decency and don’t confirm an order that you don’t plan to make!
Stood in line for over 20 mins with my 5 kiddos and when it was our turn to start our order, they tell us that it was cash only. No signs up and didn’t bother to notify anyone standing in line. Also, the two young workers were not very friendly. We left this location and went to to the Litchfield Rd location. While we were there they mentioned that something is always wrong at the McDowell store.
So rude. I just showed up at 9:15 pm. Their hours say open til 11. This guy behind the counter told me online orders only. So I pulled out my iPhone and began to start an online order. Then he said “oh I’ll help you but the best I’ll do is a small”. Like. Wow I’m inconveniencing you by coming into your business with my money.This really upset me. Sad. It was the young man behind the counter Saturday 12/4/2021. You guys really need to help him understand customer service.
Terrible experience! what is the point of ordering days in advance for a custom cake, paid and confirm order. we show ourselves to pick up the birthday cake and they had no cake ready. they couldn't replace it. because it would take too long to make. requested a refund as the goods were not delivered. they can't do anything because the manager isn't here. soou disappointed.
12 people ahead waited 30 minutes and there was still 8 people ahead. Left to another close location where they sell desserts. Understaffed? Not sure but there were only 2 people for a weekend in a location with high traffic next to a movie theatre, it doesn't help the poor staff. Poor management?
