Café Zupas - Avondale

We just waited over an hour and a half for a lunch order for two people on a Monday.

We really enjoyed dining until it was dessert time and we experienced this unpleasant surprise.

Today we came in for dining and we want to thank Karla for her excellent service and for providing great customer service to all of the customers best service we’ve ever had so far at this place

Even when it’s busy the service is great! food is always fresh and delicious. friendly workers the tables are always kept clean!

I had high hopes for this place reading all the reviews but man I was let down today and out $30 and left hungry!!! The wait was ridiculous, my BBQ brisket sandwich was cold and DISGUSTING! It was wrapped in paper like they took it out of a refrigerator and stuck it in a microwave before handing it to me. I had to go ask the girl if I could get a new fresh sandwich and it looks like it killed her to get me one. My husband's turkey sandwich was so small and definitely not worth what we paid for it. The salad was mediocre and service sucked. We will not be going back and I wish I could have been refunded because I did not even eat my sandwich it was gross.
