Melt Grilled - Avon

The food was delicious and served in generous portions. I tried the kindergarten grilled cheese with vegan mozzarella, and it was excellent. I also recommend the bean burger and tofu wings, although they reminded me more of "fish" filets. The service was great as well! Updated from a previous review on August 26, 2022.

Ask for the vegan menu. there are so many things you can choose from grilled cheese, tomato soup, tofu “wings”, roasted gurkens, mac and cheese. All right.

They have a separate vegan menu with plenty of substitutions, add-ons, and vegan protein options like Impossible Burger, seitan, and tofu. My only complaint is that I haven’t found any nutritional information for their food, but I plan to ask next time I'm there. As for the coleslaw, which I didn’t order and don’t know if it’s vegan, everyone who did said it wasn’t great and wouldn’t order it again. They mentioned it had too much pepper, was too spicy, and needed more sauce. However, the staff was very accommodating and helpful with vegan options. I would definitely recommend this place if you're in the mood for some indulgent comfort food!
