Lyme Bar & Grill - Avon

Lyme bar and grill is the perfect place to go after a hike at Talcott State Park. The outdoor patio area is gorgeous and the food is delicious and affordable.

Very disappointed today when we went for brunchI am not sure if they changed cooks but the food was certainly sub par.

Under new management and positive change all aroundThe food menu has been overhauled and certainly for the better.

The food was delicious, and we had the dining room to ourselves. The hostess seated us right away. The food in the pictures are cheese quesadillas and the fried fish sandwich.

This place has tons of indoor seating as well as a very comfortable patio area. Our server, Pierce, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The drinks were a good size and pricing was pretty on par for American establishments. Parking is fairly easy to find. I’ve given it a star demotion because they charged for seltzer water which I’ve never had happen anywhere and seemed a bit cheap.
