I’ve been here three times now. The service has always been fantastic. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the food and cocktails are excellent. The halibut is our favorite entree and the pretzel bread pudding is the best. The burgers are also really good, especially the Avon burger. The only bummers were that when we ordered carry out, they forgot to give us aioli and the shakes (vanilla and peanut butter) were not very good. They were $7 each and the vanilla one was very mild in flavor and the consistency quite thin, like melted ice cream with less sweetness but we arrived early to pick up our order so it shouldn’t have been sitting for long. The peanut butter shake was a separated mixture of peanut butter and aerated milkshake. There were tons of bubbles which gave it an odd texture unlike a milkshake. We still highly recommend Heck’s. Overall they are awesome. Not sure if that’s just how the shakes are or if something happened. Food was excellent, I loved my burger. You get a ton of fries and the seasoning is great. My kid and I shared a strawberry milkshake and it was phenomenal. The staff was also very friendly and food came out quick. Super delicious felafel burger ! My meat eating family were also happy with the burger choices! Great service and overall ambience was nice! I 'll be back when I 'm in town again!

My wife and I have had several meals here and every time it has been a good experience. Restaurants can be stressful but every person we had contact with was pleasant and engaged.
