Dirty Dick's Crab House Avon

I had a pretty good first-time experience here yesterday. The dishwasher was broken, so they didn’t have regular plates or utensils, but that wasn't a major issue. The food was quite tasty; I really enjoyed the hush puppies and the raw oysters were delicious. Some of my family members ordered the Crabby Marys, which they loved. Our waiter, Jeremy, made the whole experience even better—he was fantastic!

The location and ambiance of this restaurant are fantastic. The service is quick and friendly. If you're in the mood for a quick bite of fresh seafood earlier in the day, this place is very convenient. I gave it a 4-star rating because there are better seafood options in the area; however, they open later in the day, making this a great choice with no waiting time. It's definitely worth a visit, especially during happy hour at the bar.

A must-visit if you're on vacation! Jeremy was our server, and he was fantastic—friendly and great with our kids. The Bloody Mary was excellent, and the food was really delicious too.

Delicious food! Several different seafood options. The fried shrimp an oysters were delicious! The fried gator tail was delicious! The hush puppies were tasty!

Items were hit and miss. Pros: ribs and gator tail app were pretty good. Jalapeño ranch was great. Cons: the crab legs were dry and overcooked x2 orders with pitiful little pieces of potato and corn. Fish tacos were strangely flavorless. The coleslaw was somehow flavorless. Also, the waitress argued with me that my beer was 22oz and I was charged $9 for a 12oz glass of what tasted like busch light. Hush puppies, while complimentary, were hard and nearly inedible.
