Bobs Place - Avon

We had amazing food, good price and it was fast. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Definitely a must if your in Avon

I was totally disappointed with this restaurant. It was highly recommended and my in-laws really like the restaurant. However, there were a handful of menu items not available, including two that we were going to have. The meal I selected (veggie burrito) was disappointing. This was true after I found what appeared to be perhaps burnt cheese or something solid enough to feel in my mouth. The waiter came back saying that it might be sprouts . No sir, sprouts are not like that. In any case, I am sure that my meal was the exception as the others in our party were okay with their meals.

We really enjoyed our experience at Bob's Place, great food, amazing service, reasonable prices, and most importantly dog friendly. During our visit we met a local woman who had lived in the area for 40 years, she was so friendly and shared so many stories about Avon and Vail in the 70's. I typically take more photos, but didn't think to take any because we were so busy chatting with locals and having all the servers come to say hi to our pup. We will definitely come back to Bob's Place next time we are in Avon.

The food is good tasting, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is nice now in summer.

Paid $30 today (w a tip) for a club sandwich and one white claw. This place isn’t for working locals anymore.
