Lonestar Bundaberg - AVOCA

The restaurant is quite popular, but the service can be slow. Just be prepared to wait a bit before your meal arrives.

I met up with friends and had a great time. My steak was cooked medium well instead of the medium rare I had requested, which is my only complaint. Everything else was perfect!

I'm baffled as to how this restaurant is still in business; it’s one of the worst family dining experiences I've encountered. The food is dreadful and far too expensive. You'd expect to find a decent steak in Bundaberg, but not here. It's incredibly disappointing. Save your time and money. I only gave it one star because I had to in order to post the review, but honestly, my rating would be a big fat zero.

I visit town once every 4 months and always have to visit Lone Star. Food is expensive as expected, but it is incredible. Service is also top notch and the staff are so friendly!

I can see why Lonestar struggles. The menu is constantly dropping things which made them different. The steak was average. The pork was pretty good. But you can't get the mash potato any more. The cheesy fries were small and the chips were average. I do like unlimited soft drink though. But it's not enough to make me choose Lonestar over other steak options.
