Caffe Stazione - AVIGLIANA

Just visited Sacra di San Michele and spent a few hours in the old town of Avigliana. On the way back to Turin we had a nice coffee with cakes at this place. The old lady made the cakes and were very delicious and cheap. Food is inexpensive so if you want to have the experience how locals spend their time in this Caffe I wold give it a go.

Usually I have lunch to Franco restaurant just close the train station. Good, fast, cheap. You can choose a full menu with 10 euros.

Good spritz bells. richard is a real barman, an added value. and also the appetizers were absolutely quality and not banal, not the usual cut sandwich or hazelnuts. an aperitif in milan'style I will gladly return good

I have been several times around here and I have to say that you need them and they really prepare you good things, the place being close to the station also has the bus that leads directly to the abbey of san michele and a great place where you can stop chatting and take the coffee with the boys who are inside us who rejoice all by putting good music jovial years often in my weekend and become a place where you can stop and then discover fantastic places

Excellent coffee, wide choice of brioche. is equipped with a restaurant with a large interior room and prices are accessible for all budgets. convenient for those who have to leave by train, but is far from the lakes. to go to the lakes I recommend the car.
