3 star hotel ..no, but I'm hallucinating 3 shooting stars to reevaluate ..welcome the customer over the leg (Sylvain..said halloween) room just 10 m²..bathroom, insignificant and to renovate.the 2nd day, rooms bath, the two communicating, not done..it's normal apologies for said halloween..you have to specify it..it's just not possible this type of responding to customers.what can we say about the PT lunch..at the entrance,young woman on the phone (not left throughout lunch) tasteless, without any flavor, not fresh.. only one bonus for the stirred yogurt.. it is not worth the €14 request.. we have not repeated this nightmare in the dining room.. we will not come back, never..the customer is not listened to and no financial effort for the disappointment on the 2nd day.to be avoided..please. after mail and as I practice honesty, we have just been paid compensation of €83.40 for the two rooms. thank you for listening to us, hearing us.. it is just dismaying that we have reached this point. on November 2, 2023.
