International Smoke Miami - Aventura

The food was delicious! The place is underestimated After a day of shopping in Aventura great place to get good balanced food. Would be nice to add some kind of music element to make atmosphere a little more "grown sexy"! I'd come back.

The food was delicious, but overpriced. The ribs we ordered were dry, not the melt from the bone. The other articles were very good. Bao Brötchen were overly spicy and not as soft as expected. The waiter never came back to check the items until we were finished, we had to ask for the desert and there was no refill for the coffee.

What a great lunch! Our server, Malcolm, was excellent. Very attentive and helpful when you recommend appetizers and meals selection. We went with the bacon bajons. The bacon melts in the mouth. We shared the pulled pork sandwich and brisket sandwich, both were wonderful. They came with garlic rosemary. I was a little skeptical before I left because it had mixed reviews, but I'm so glad we gave him a chance. When we go back to Aventura, we definitely go back.

The food was hit and measured. My wife's dish was great while I was serving raw chicken, and a drink consistently empty. Some great options at the mall, but that's not one.

This was myself and my family’s first time at International Smoke. We were so excited to try it out and Celebrate my daughter and Mother’s birthday. When I made the reservation I selected birthday as the occasion and put notes in stating we were celebrating two birthdays. When I arrived I also pointed out the two people who we were celebrating. My feelings on the service is mixed. We had a few occasions where our orders came out wrong or food was missing but they were more than accommodating and made up for it. They brought us extra appetizers and food to make up for the mistake which i appreciated. However we were there for a while. At the end of our meal our check is brought but there was no birthday celebration. I asked if they do celebrations and the waitress said yes but it was too late everything was closed. I was honestly confused because it’s not my fault it took forever for us to order and our food to come. We got there at 9:30pm and didn’t get our check till almost 11:30pm. Also I had let it be known multiple times that we were celebrating a Birthday. I feel as a customer who comes to your establishment to celebrate a birthday you should celebrate. Especially if I asked 3 times. Ultimately, we didn’t get any celebration and I feel that if it “was too late” that should have been told to me earlier so I could have planned accordingly and done my own celebration.
