So for the context, I'm not a fan of buffet restaurants. From experience, most tend to a nightmare; but this is not the case with Ginza Japanese Buffet. What I really enjoyed in this place is not only the cleanliness, but also the great selection of dishes? of sushi, hibachi, salads and deserts, this place has a little of everything.

When I first came in, a waiter put me in, then he asked what you want to drink? . He brought the drink and the utensils and went away. Since this was my first time here I was not aware of whether they had a menu and offered a buffet or not (determined buffets have the opportunity to order from a menu or to eat at the buffet). The waiter didn't tell me. After waiting for a while, I realized they didn't have a menu option and they only offered the buffet. Nevertheless, it would have been better if he said before the time. My meals were okay, the dining area was big. They offer a variety of foods such as soups, sushi, seafood, ribs, fried foods, desert, fruits, raw foods and even ice cream. Although the waiter was kind, he barely came to my table to check me, but he has constantly checked for others. He didn't come to the table except I asked him about something. But they were quite hungry, as they reminded me of the bill and nipped the card out of my hand when it was time to pay. Based on the bad customer service I received, I don't want me to come back here.

Excellent fresh, clean and excellent choice of Japanese food: sushi, sashimi, salads, rolls, gyozas, teriyaki, chow mine, some options grilled on request (hibachi grill), ice cream, cakes, biscuits. I loved it!!!

Super fresh sushi. The cooks are cutting the rolls in the moment. You can see the quality of the products. Service very good, very friendly. Delicious hot food also. Perfect quality price.
