Food Is Medicine - Aventura

I have digestive problems. Outrage. the runs at any time I ate many foods. The whole wheat was worse than regular breads. Since I started with Jospeh's bread especially the Kamut Antique, I have regular digestion. No constipation. The sugar content has stabilized. More energy. less desire. 1/2 foliage per meal I usually eat. Career and competent staff. feels like eating REAL food

The best and healthiest bread in South Florida and, in my opinion, everywhere. Large sandwiches and vegan pizza plus other great holistic products highly recommended and also strictly kosher.

So glad that you have opened this place where instead of the staff “annoyed” and my diet concerns, it is what you are there for! In contrast to commercially processed bread, you have a nutritious and deeply satisfying eating experience. I enjoy it every day as my main clamp with different oils and spices for a pleasant variety so I have been able to greatly reduce the portions of meat and carbohydrates and improve digestive health.
