Amarone - Aventura

Great food, nice ambiance! Service was hectic, understaffed and lost! Our server was very sweet and attentive but only spoke spanish which was perfect for the rest of the group besides me! Multiple people approuch us asking how was the meal, and were attentive and accommodating during our dinner!

Food is really good, but service can be good or not so good, need service consistency. Owner/Manager very friendly and accessible to customers

First off we get there and the wait staff doesn’t even know how to locate a reservation once they do they do not even guide us to our table but point at the table for us to seat ourselves. Our waitress was lost did not bring us bread until we asked and we had to keep waiving everyone down for placing our orders, for salt, olive oil, and pepper which all the other tables had on them. In addition the past was hard they put tagliatelle on the menu but what they served was fettuccine and of arancini balls were still cold in the middle that the cheese was not even melted. By far one of the worst Italian restaurants i have ever fined at, will definitely not be returning again.

Love this place. food is amazing and the owners are always there interacting with you to make sure you are having a great meal and time in their place. Very nice!

There is a disconnect in service. Management is lacking. Some tables are ignored once the food is served. It’s a shame because the food is very good and is a good value. Staff is friendly but needs more training and supervision. The bar area is separate and seems to prevent communication between staff and management. Also, when you leave, no one says goodbye, which is strangely unsatisfying. Maybe a female hostess would help. We keep hoping ... it could be our favorite place.
