El Frijolitos - Avenal

I can't tell you how many times I have eaten here on lunch breaks when I taught in Avenal. The shrimp tacos are my go to meal.

We were driving through town and decided to stop for breakfast, and we were wonderfully surprised by how DELICIOUS the food is! It truly feels like home cooking! I absolutely LOVE this place!

It feels unfair to pay such a high price for a meal that was so unappetizing, with tough, poorly flavored meat that was overly watery. I used to love the Menudo here, but after this experience, I doubt I will return. Additionally, even when you place an order over the phone, you're still required to wait in line with those who haven’t ordered in advance. I’ve never encountered a restaurant where a pre-ordered meal requires you to wait for over half an hour, only to find out that your order isn’t ready yet.

This is the worst place to eat in Avenal, the food is very cold and there is a long wait or there are times when they don't even fulfill the order.

Very good, everything very delicious and they serve very well, good cooks
