Tortilla Flats - AVALON

We went on Thursday at 5:30, and it was pretty busy. Also very loud! We sat immediately and the staff was very friendly and friendly. It has turned out that they have everything you can eat Tacos by 6:20, which explains the amount of space was completely empty at 6:20 . We ordered the crabs afteros as an appetizer it had a good amount of crab meat, but it was only chips, cheese and crab meat. For the price we had expected more toppings. The children chickens tender and fries were great! It looked like a whole chicken breast of meat between the three great offers, and they lived up to their name by incredibly tender! My child, not an enthusiastic carnivore has almost all inhaled. I ordered the queen with chicken, black beans, cheese and salsa. It was large and generously filled. The Spanish rice side dish was tasteful with some pieces of corn that made it very complicated. We will definitely come back here to eat, but maybe if they don't have everything you can eat.

I went there last night and it was absolutely delicious! I had the cheese enchiladas in Ranchero sauce, and they were fantastic! My dad ordered something with pork, and I tried a bite—so good! My son had the steak fajitas, and I couldn't resist trying a bite of those too—they were excellent! My niece chose the shrimp tacos, my sister had the Mexican chopped salad with chicken, and my mom went for the fish taco. Everyone really enjoyed their meals! (I didn't try the fish since I usually swim with my friends in the sea instead of eating them, and I wasn't in the mood for a salad—it felt like the pandemic lasted too long, and I wanted to have some fun last night!) Our server was incredibly professional, and I truly mean that. And it wasn’t just because they offered free chips and salsa. The restaurant is a charming little spot in Avalon. If you're in the area, definitely give it a try! (Just a little note—I don’t think they serve alcohol.)

I had again the Navajo taco (I got myself for chorizo, beans, cheese, etc. on fry bread) one of my multiannual favorites. We've been coming here for 30 years at least for a summer and are disappointed.

Great! Loved the open face shrimps and scallop taco I got. Never had one in this style before, but would definitely recommend.

Food itself: Delish. However, we ordered takeout and it feel apart. It was a FLAT out disaster. The Texas Toothpicks were divine, me and the fellas went to town on them. Would recommend, pleased my tastebuds.
