Two times in a row received a latte with like one shot of espresso. Pretty sure the workers don’t know ur supposed to up the amount of shots with bigger sizes. Barely any flavor shots too, legit just milk and one shot of espresso. TRAIN UR EMPLOYEES.
My order is consistently messed up at this restaurant.

If I could put zero stars I would. Dunkin makes you want to give in and go STRAIGHT to Starbucks bc at least you’ll actually receive quality service and exactly what you paid for. The manager, Rebecca, is a pushover and allows the workers to be rude and nasty with customers even though they are the ones in the wrong. They didn’t get my order right and proceeded to hand me JUST ANYTHING, might have been someone else’s order but it sure wasn’t mine. The drive through young lady rushed us while we were placing our order and then didn’t take accountability when we noticed it was NOT WHAT WE ASKED FOR OR PAID FOR. It’s like they just give you what THEY want to give you instead of what you’re spending your hard earned American dollars for. Left very disappointed and hungry. I guess that what I get for thinking “America runs on Dunkin”
