La Jasette - Auxerre

We were really looking forward to and curious to discover this small vegetarian restaurant but we were quickly disappointed... both at the level of what was proposed only from the reception. We really had the impression of disturbing when we arrived and the manager did not seem ready to welcome us...The proposed entries are good but remain very simple and have nothing extraordinary. The dishes were also disappointing: simple saucepan of buckwheat, chick peas without real flavor, green beans and tomatoes. Only the potatoes in the oven saved this meal. vegetarian cuisine is so varied, we have not understood it is culinary choices that do not reflect the originality and richness of vegetarian cuisine. for convinced vegetarians, this restaurant can be interesting but don't take a friend there to convince him that vegetarian cuisine is rich and full of flavor (desolated for this opinion, we don't usually publish this kind of comment but we have really been disappointed and I hope you can improve this restaurant that could have a fantastic potential)

Lunch break forming with the surrounding environment (cathedrale) a beautiful symbiosis of quiude and well being arriving after the runch of noon ... eat healthy, cert, but with in addition the pleasure to savour the ideas of the moment since everything is done according to the vegetables available. So no card! the surprise at every coming. the frame is vast and clear without particular attraction. plus gai must be possible. and also think that novices are entitled to explanations without the lightness often heard and which sometimes irritates. but it gives the opportunity to exchange between tables!

Quite a challenge - all locally produced organic vegetarian food. Some reviews say the choice is limited, but it is what it is: all good, fresh fare, prepared in the kitchen that day. 15€ for all you can eat (entrée + main) seems more than reasonable to me, despite the negative reviews. Seemed very popular too.

We ate there at noon, we take a table and then we use each other according to the wishes of the buffet, very good and balanced, I will return there with pleasure

A free organic restaurant for children (our 4 year old)chaise bb, nice welcome, space... of quality coffee decaflected! rare in restaurants! for dishes nothing very original but of choice... buffet has 13,80 add the woods and desserts36 euros to three with free bambino...And organic!
