Przekaż informację zwrotnąI was disappointed during my recent visit. I ordered two mango smoothies, as I usually do, but both of them had a large hair in each drink. It seems that one of the staff members must have inadvertently dropped their hair while preparing the smoothies. I believe it would be a good idea for the staff to wear hairnets in order to prevent this from happening in the future.
While you can find some decent tea here, achieving that involves navigating through the overwhelming menu and engaging in a frustrating exchange with the often confused barista. They might offer you a cold tea without sugar or milk for $7, which can be quite disappointing. If you don't explicitly specify that boba tea should include milk and boba, you'll likely end up with something that doesn't meet your expectations—despite the menu image clearly showing both. This issue persists regardless of who is working, and for ages, I thought it was just me making a mistake. It feels like stepping into a bizarre realm of tea shops where ordering a simple drink becomes a challenge. You might think returning will yield better results, but that isn't the case; the confusion remains constant, and half the time your order isn't even recognizable. It's truly frustrating, and you deserve a better experience. Additionally, be aware of allergy risks, as they frequently change or substitute ingredients without informing you—like swapping milk for non-dairy creamers. So, make sure to read the label on your drink before consuming it.
The menu is incredibly unhelpful. There are three different menus for Boba tea, and if you don't specifically request each ingredient, you might end up ordering something like a “rose milk boba tea” and paying $6 for just cold tea without any sweeteners, creamers, or boba—essentially, just cold tea. While the staff is friendly, they often seem confused by basic orders. I've been here multiple times with different baristas, and it always feels like they haven't received adequate training. They often don't seem to know what a typical boba tea includes, and I end up receiving something that looks completely different from what's shown on the menu because I didn't specifically ask to add items like milk products. Additionally, the prices are not listed, and the menu lacks details on the components—I'm left wondering, for example, what exactly is in a “red Panda-Bytea”?
Boba wasn't good. Egg pudding wasn't good. Tea wasn't good. Bought a $7 and was then told I couldn't stay because their water was out. Had to leave and drink it in 100 degree day. Avoid.
The tea is generally better than other places as they actually brew their tea. They don't use the nasty powder stuff. Generally pretty stingy on tapioca but a double order can solve that. Maybe some quality control issues from time to time (refer to picture). Didn't realize the spoon was in there until I got home as it was dark. Heard something clanking inside my cup that didn't sound like ice. It was the spoon they used to stir my drink. Now I have an extra spoon for my household.
