Subway - Austin

I recently had an excellent dining experience thanks to a staff member named Latise, whose customer service skills are the best I've encountered in years. Having worked at Nordstrom for many years, I truly understand what outstanding customer service looks like, and I can confidently say that she excels in her role. This establishment definitely has a superstar on their team. Keep up the great work!

This store does not operate like other Subway stores. I ordered 2 ham and turkey sandwich and was advised that had to upcharge to add ham and was charged for extra meat. That is fine if they provide the meat that was due in a turkey and then add the extra serving of ham that was being charged for. I received 2 sandwiches with 3 slices turkey and 3 slices ham. No extra meat as charged $11.69 $3.25 plus tax $16.17 x 2 $32.25. I submitted two separate feed back's and received the exact same response from regional manager expressing sympathy with my pricing issue as I assume they did not read what I wrote.Issue is not pricing it is expectation of consistency and to receive what one pays for. If one pays for extra meat you should receive it. Avoid this store and don't be surprised if have an issue and complain to corporate that they do nothing and why this store has a two star rating..

It states that the restaurant closes at 10 PM, and when I arrived at 9:45 PM, the sign indicated that it was open. I attempted to call the location three times, but no one answered.
