Stiles Switch Bbq Brew - Austin

The food is excellent. The staff is surely but helpful. The decor is a little dated.

Pretty darn good food. The brisket just melted in my mouth. So juicy tender. Only complaint...okay two... Not enough money, I got full.

This place is one of the best places for BBQ, line isn't short and isn't that long!

YUM. This was the perfect place to grab lunch before the Stars game! Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. They gave me and my entire party samples of the meats sides and it only made me want to order more! Cannot wait to come back for my BBQ fix!

I am a KC BBQ aficionado and like most consider KC BBQ to be the best. STOP. The brisket I had in Stiles Switch was absolutely amazing and the best I have had. The brisket needed no sauce (for me at least). It was cooked to perfection, the fat was rendered perfectly, the meat had a perfect bounce and pulled apart with little effort. I ordered a 1/2 pound all by itself but was enough to tell me that I could have eaten POUNDS of this brisket!
