This experience was honestly really shocking. We pressed the call, received an answer quickly, ordered, and then waited. We saw the screen saying our order was being brought out, but no one came. We waited 30 minutes, having pressed the call button trying to get an answer with no one answering. We also saw people go in and out of the bathroom in male/female pairs, coming out with men buckling their pants back up consistently. This was very discomforting, and we ended up leaving. Sonic, please figure out what the heck is going on here. I used to work fast food, and the organization here is frankly terrible, and it provides an environment that makes its patrons feel unsafe. I love Sonic’s products, but literally cannot get it here. Please help this franchise.
Usually the wait time is very long. I’ll wait in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes before being greeted. I’ve sat in the pull up section for 20 minutes and no one ever greeted me. Sometimes they get my order wrong. Unless you have time to wait, I wouldn’t recommend this location.
Have been going to this Sonic Location for years! Since the 80's but recently I've noticed they take too long to bring out your food ? even if you use the drive thru.
My delivery was very late, and once I received my order my food was cold, sloppy, and thrown together. Tater tots were so hard they were not editable. Mozzarella sticks were chewy and not cheesy at all.
