Pete's Dueling Piano Austin

I adore this place, especially when I want to bring visitors and family (my parents also love it!). I typically make a reservation on the website to get a better view from the balcony upstairs. There is a $15 per person fee that must be paid in advance, and you must arrive by 8pm. While they do not serve food, you can order online and eat inside if you prefer. Additionally, there are food trucks located outside on 6th St. The music begins at 8pm and goes on until 2am, and drinks are around $12.

The musicians are not only talented and versatile, they are funny and entertaining. If you love to sing along to songs that everyone knows, this is the best place to go. We went twice in 5 days while visiting

This bar offers one of the best live music shows I have ever experienced. The talented musicians on stage trade places and instruments to play a variety of genres, from pop to rap to rock to country. The sky is the limit when it comes to song requests, as long as you tip well. The musicians also double as comedians, making for a very entertaining and unique experience. It was so much fun that I stayed from open to close.

Came with a bachelorette party and had the VIP booth. I was worried it wouldn’t be the scene the rest of the bachelorettes wanted but everyone had an incredible night! There were several other bachelorette and bachelor parties there that night and they brought all the brides and grooms on stage for some good old fashioned fun and games. The music was great and entertaining. Everyone who went on stage did an awesome job and we were laughing and singing all night!

Being married to a musician myself, I understand the energy and effort that goes into a night of performing. I must say that Pete has truly mastered it. With three talented pianists/vocalists taking turns, there was never a dull moment. The dynamic between the trio really created a vibrant atmosphere. Their extensive repertoire of music also added to the overall experience. Visiting this place was truly delightful.
