Nixta Taqueria - Austin

Nixta offers a unique culinary experience and is worth a visit even if they do not have too many vegan options. they allow them to make vegetarian options vegan, but they could improve by replacing either dinge (like cheese) with a vegan alternative or reducing the price.

The food is fantastic, made with fresh ingredients, and the service is excellent as well! I would give it 5 stars if the app would allow me to.

I had not expected to get full after eating here, but I was pleasantly surprised! the aromas of food are so satisfying. I have the 2 100% vegan option on the menu and made very happy. I can't decide which I liked more the beetles tostada or the smoked cauliflower taco. my only complicity is that I wish they had even more vegan options! Great place to go with their omni friends.

I ordered the seasonal smoked cabbage taco, and it was honestly the best taco I've ever had. I also tried the cauliflower taco, which was delicious too.
