Mcdonald's - Austin

Waited 25 minutes in the drive through in a Monday night. Just don't pretend to be fast food; gotten my food more quickly at a sit down restaurant.Yikes.

Food adequately prepared and quickly served. Indoor dining closed with yellow police tape everywhere. Overall feel was a construction site...

Please, I don't know how to alert someone of this mcdonald's, but please look at the order for coffee. 2/4 times this week when I ordered hot, it's become glacial if I didn't want to. I'm not a person to make a fight, but it ruins my day. just look at their orders, please....Customer service is really good and in the regular quite fast, but I just want my coffee to be right so I don't have to ask that it has been restored. that's annoying.

Never and I mean I never got a warm meal from this place. I don't know how they go through a health inspection, as eating in the usually is hardly warm when they give it to them. then it is as if they ask for free eating when they ask for ketchup if they don't even set a package.

I came here for fries and they couldn't even get me that. When I went into the store to fix the issue I stood there for an incredibly long time, multiple employees saw people (and I) waiting inside and acted as if we were leftover Christmas decorations. I'd do 0 stars if I could. In the end Ieft because at that point, waiting for anyone to even talk to me would have driven me crazy.
