Huge screams for all the minimally paid workers who work so hard to prepare an endless stream of accusations and who deal with the authorized persons.

How does someone forget the inside of a fish fillet? Is that even allowed here? It seems like someone was definitely under the influence.

To make matters worse, McDonald's has not even bothered to respond, let alone offer a satisfactory resolution. I will NEVER be returning to this location and highly recommend that everyone stay away from it. Don't even think about calling their complaint department at 800-244-6227, as you won’t be able to speak to a live representative, only an automated system. It’s absolutely pathetic. I’m considering filing a complaint with the Texas Health Department to report this issue, as it feels like a complete waste of time otherwise.

They claim to be closed for maintenance, but it seems like it will take a while. Almost everything inside has been torn out, and there are also people outside who look quite disappointed; I even saw one person in tears.

Ordering McDonald's for delivery is always a bit of a gamble, and this time I definitely lost. Thankfully, we didn’t get sick or anything like that, but the experience of eating and waiting was quite disappointing. The cheeseburgers left a lot to be desired.
