Hello yes I ordered some KFC for dinner tonight . I waited in a long line of 12 customers. The line went very fast and quickly due to The patience of the manager and his team . tonight they did an awesome job with there job Performance and satisfy each customer that came through the line… thank you all my food was very good an fresh..

I will never come here again. I was disappointed with the chicken I received. It looked like it was shredded. I had the supervisor, I believe, look at it and she said it was fine and that it was the air fryer. She replaced it and I paid extra for breast. I did not get the breast and the chicken was so small. I can't believe this is KFC. Their attitude sucked. There was another customer that waited for his order and was never processed, he asked for his money back. They gave it back but DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE. SO ?

Not great customer service, closed the dining room and only allow one order per car. Order was wrong so I called to see if I could just come to the door and they hand me what’s missing so I wouldn’t have to go through the drive through again. Their phone is disconnected LOL.

I'm so sick of coming to this restaurant and always being disappointed. They either are out of dark meat or they're out of white meat. They're either only accepting cash or only accepting credit card. Either way it goes every time I come to the drive-thru there is a problem. It would be nice to come to this restaurant expecting to get exactly what you want. Unfortunately it is never this way. They've lost my business which I'm sure probably doesn't matter to them. Because this has been going on for a long time and I know I'm not the only one to complain

This was one of the most disappointing visits I've ever had at a kfc. This place was just filthy on the inside. The mat by the drink station was just covered in mud and dirt tables weren't bused. The fry cook kept coming out hanging out with his girlfriend and then coming back to the line without washing his hands! I normally like to sit and eat in the restaurant. I definitely did not do that this time as the floors were sticky and they're really there's no place clean for me to sit down. There was hardly any customer foot traffic nor was there much drive thru . I ordered original recipe chicken without realizing I would actually get the first original piece of chicken made. This chicken was dry tough and just not good, mashed potatoes pretty good but you have to really try hard to screw that up! I don't want my money back I simply won't return to this location.
