Jack In The Box - Austin

Went by tonight and your worker was sitting on the curb outside the restaurant. Lights on. Just not taking orders. Tried to call your feedback line and got Mailbox is full so I can see you really care about your business. Why not just close it? You obviously suck at it. If i could give you 0 stars I would.

Finally a Jack in the box location in town that doesn't suck. The curly fries with seasoned and hot. The chicken fajita pita was good although the chicken could have been done with being a little more cooked.

This Jack in the Box needs to get their s together. I just spent 10 minutes at the drive-thru and I haven't even got to the speaker yet. So I left to McDonald's across the street and got my stuff done within 5 minutes. No excuse. ? not even a star

The manager here was awesome. We were in a uhaul, couldnt fit through the drive through, and the dining room had just closed. He let us order anyways. Thank you!

I suspect the guy could have been dining alone, but it is what it is. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. We didn’t receive the sauces we specifically requested, and the jalapeño poppers were practically empty. My breakfast burrito was torn and fell apart, so I had to get a plate and use a fork. I ended up not eating it all because it just wasn't good. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a JB restaurant.
