Interstellar BBQ was a massive hit for our company lunch! John, owner, and his team were so great to work with as in the time of COVID all lunches needed to be individually packaged. They packaged the lunch plates as pictured then a side goody bag with bread, pickles, onions, and sauces. It was perfect for every employee to only touch their lunch.John team whipped up 48 lunch plates! All with brisket, which melts in your mouth, then a mix of ribs, sausage and chicken. I had a Thai chicken sandwich it was delicious! The staff was very friendly. I will definitely be back and bring my family. Thursday's kids 12 and under eat free!

The food is AMAZING as always. And I'm pretty picky when it comes to BBQ. Only a handful of places I like when it comes to BBQ, and Interstellar is definitely one of them!
