Ihop - Austin

We went here post midnight this place is open 24x7 and is located in downtown Austin.When we went there was less no.of people so the service was quick.The food was good.We ordered egg omelette and burrito bowl tasted good.Loved the omelette over burrito.The quantity for the price is really good.Also they have sides with each order so the food is abundant.The drink keep coming unlimited we ordered lemonade and ice tea.The guy who served us was making sure the service was good.Also the biscuits and gravy was just okay not too great.The place is general is not very clean might because of shortage of staffs due to covid.

The food is delicious! The waiters are attentive and friendly! Everywhere is clean and tidy! Recommend

I was on a dog rescue transport and we picked this location for a meet spot. The traffic was so awful (as usual through Austin on I-35) and I really needed to use the facilities. I went it and asked permission from this beautiful lady (I did not get her name) if I may use the restroom. She was so nice to me. As I was leaving I thanked her and told her I appreciated her (I did not purchase anything). SHE THANKED ME FOR ASKING PERMISSION TO USE THE RESTROOM!!!!! I hope she reads this so she can pat herself on the back for being a decent human being and a beautiful person. AND I hope MANAGEMENT appreciates her above and beyond being an employee.

This place sucks, I'm here for lunch, I came back and my car was booted. It cost me a hundred dollars to release it. They blame the boat, but it's their parking lot. I tried to talk to the boaters. You're like a bunch of Voltures the park company.
