Thanksgiving order dinner replaced because 1. was Slop Uber driver mistake?? Service: 5/5

I just gave him a star so I could make an assessment. The nightkeeper tonight 12/2 was terrible. Tell us it will be a waiting period because our cook is slow, it could wait a 20min because the cook was secured. We decided to wait. Someone went in to get Essen Hostess told him that we don't have food ready when she asked how long she told him I don't know. After we had waited 10 minutes, she came and said I'll close our dinner because the cook doesn't know what he's doing to get together.

Warm, but very tasty, breakfast clips. Great option after a hard swim training. Service is always timely and friendly. Can't go wrong with IHOP!

Found 2 hairs in my meal. Told server and they alluded to previously having had issue with it (sounds like back of house isn't wearing hair nets). Did not get entire meal comped or offer for a replacement.
