And try a seasonal shake when you are in milk. Parking: It is next to a home depot. You can find parking no problem. Accessibility: There are disabled parking directly in front and seemed like there was a slope for chairs near the entrance. Nutrition restrictions: They offer gluten-free and vegetarian options on the menu currently.
This is not the first time we’ve picked up an order that’s been incorrect, in fact it’s the 3rd time within the last few weeks. Guess we’re finally gonna learn our lesson and stop ordering online. All 3 pickups we confirmed the online order with the printed receipt, yet the items in the bag don’t match. This time we were charged extra to order Turkey bacon missing, hashbrowns missing, Egg whites 1 missing. For $30 on 2 breakfasts I’d love to have what I ordered. When you try to call to speak with someone, endless loop of animated Forgive this brief delay, we’re busy flipping …. We’ll be right with you. Lies, no one answers the phone, 4 calls varying from 5 min to 16 min hearing the same thing with no human interaction. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Sad....this used to be a great IHOP, but it's not the first time it's taken a really long time to be greeted at the door, let alone sat at a table. This last time, no one ever came. We stood by the entry and multiple team members even looked at us from the kitchen, and no one bothered to say anything to us. I understand staffing concerns but just ignoring customers seems like poor business practice. Doubtful we'll be returning in the future, and if you do decide to go here, you better not be in a hurry.
Worst service.There was 2 of us and we were waiting on 1 more person just 1 more person. And we could not get seated until our other person showed up. So called ‘manager’ said those were her rules. That we were robbing from the servers because we were just going to sit down for hours. So what ? We are paying for a service! She did not know if we were going to leave a $1 tip or a $50 tip. That would deppend on service provided.Manager told us to leave saying they would not serve us anymore.Really bad experience . Do NOT recommend.Coming from a current server, this is not how you treat your customers.There is a picture of the so called ‘manager’.
Gotta log a bad review, unfortunately. The last few orders I’ve had with them didn’t go well. For one, their cook had already left for the night (24 hrs?? but the manager luckily “decided” to cook the order. The next order, the cook had already left (again and they cancelled the order. Ordered just now and they were out of Belgian waffles…so I told the favor driver to just leave it off, no biggie. IHOP told the driver they don’t have a way to remove items and I would just have to sub in other items that they do have. Really wish there was another late night diner down here.
