Gourmands Neighborhood Pub - Austin

Gourmands has been one of my favorite spots for sandwiches in town. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years, and their sandwiches have always been generous in size. Here's to another decade of delicious meals!

The pub offers a straightforward menu featuring sandwiches, salads, and soups, all prepared with care. The homemade pickles are exceptional and deserve to be sold by the jar—they're that good! The house-made potato chips are thick, wavy, and wonderfully crispy. The chili served in a bread bowl is hearty enough to keep you satisfied for the entire day. Additionally, the drink selection is impressive, and the prices are quite reasonable, especially during Happy Hour!

My Ruben was fantastic. Artichoke appetizer is special. I like the app ordering and payment system; easy to use and cool options. Parking is a bit dicey, but you can always find a spot on the road.

The sandwiches and clam chowder here are the best! The staff is fantastic as well—always a great experience! My personal favorite is the Julie, but you can't go wrong with any of their sandwiches. I highly recommend this place!
