Przekaż informację zwrotnąI love Fazoli's! This location is always good, clean and great service. The prices are fair and the breadsticks are always buttery, warm and delicious. My only complaint is there is not one closer to me. This location is an hour and a half drive from my house and it is the closest one to me. We ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and a chicken basil pesto dish that was gluten free. Fazoli's does not disappoint.
It was delicious I ordered the chicken penne with broccoli ordered extra sauce, ? next time I'll order extra broccoli to, other then just a couple of pieces of broccoli it was f_ _ _ g delicious. Servings we're plenty I couldn't finish it. I had to bring left overs home. The bread was so soft also and delicious. Not to busy for a Friday night.
I drove from pflugerville to eat here. the personal is attentive and friendly. the portions of my opinion are great and the broth was hot and fresh. I brought food home. I am definitiw back.
Food is great. We were there for the first time and got $7 for two items. Can you imagine that price in 2022? This is what market competition gives you.Beyond food, I can see the management has some problems. The interior wasn’t very clean and some of the staffs did not have good communication skills. Regardless, I give it 5-stars because its food was really really cheap yet tasty. I hope you improve the overall quality of customer service.
So, the food is a quick tv dover style meal. You get what you pay for, but customer service is in the negatives. I literally am filing a lawsuit due to one of the workers slamming my head in the door as I bent down to hear her. She didn't even apologize. Tried to give the place an honest chance to remain a customer and Damien, (scroll down and another reviewer also had a terrible experience with this guy who is apparently violent and threatening), the cashier at that time, cursed at me for complimenting a crew member who happened to be his daughter, (somehow, I'm supposed to know or care), my wife standing next to me, he then curses at her. Then the manager, so she says, is Shay who was also ridiculous and disregards the entire issue and hangs up the phone on me. (This also has happened to another reviewer. Workers are are not trained and seem frustrated with being at work with zero accountability, even the alleged owner I spoke to did nothing about the first issue and gave no resulting, reassurances, or support. Each issue was recorded and documented. It's ridiculous... They won't do anything about their customer's experience or satisfaction. So, I'm taking this through the proper legal channels and see to it that this is settled correctly. I have sought a peaceful resolution in hopes that one could be achieved to bring me peace and closure in this most unsettling of circumstances. Management and the owner herself have failed entirely. I threw my entire meal away. I couldn't eat it after all of this. Utterly disgusted, repulsed, and hurt by all of this. I'll update this...
