Ebisu is a great sushi restuarant that needs to find itself. The menu is over the top huge (which usually scares me)but the sushi/sashimi selection was excellent. The service was slow to start but once our waitress was engaged, she was right on. The atmosphere was quite and clean. We tried a variety of sashimi and nigiri, all of which was fresh and delicious. Our favorites were the o toro, salmon belly, hamachi belly, and monk fish liver a rare find!. If you're a sushi/sashimi purist, then you'll appreciate this place.

Beautiful place and nice eating! the sushi was delicious and they all came super fast! the server was so funny and friendly!

Had a great time here. faster service. clean device. eating was super fresh. I had blue fin tuna. super delicious! the gyoza was fully fried. note that they get meat fried / cooked. try it. we were at 12:30. for dinner at 7:10 and omfg it was super fast service and super fresh food. they have fat thunfish and blue flo tuna, which is absolutely amazing! go here, you will not be disappointed

The first time here today. the food was good and the service was great. I had the 911 rolling and spinning reel. that will be a nice place to come when I want to treat myself.
