DONT ORDER ONLINE EVER. I ordered on door dash and I revived a giant slip job. First bites into the bowl and burrito the RICE WAS NOT COOKED. And if that wasn't the case then he rice has been left out for way too long. I legit got the worst food poisoning that lasted me 4 days from that rice. I've never been so sick in my life!!! Never again. I got my money back from DD. But I will just never step foot at another chipotle again.
The food I ordered a couple of days from this facility had a hair in it. When I went to customer care, I was only able to talk to a Bot that said thank you for feedback, we'll do better in the future. I want my money back for an entire quesadilla I threw away. I expect better Chipotle!
Credit to the employee who made the food quickly however the cashier disappeared as I was about to pay. Stood there and waited for another 3 orders behind me to be completed. Clearly, their system doesn’t work. And to that clueless cashier who walked away.. read the room!
Back to back poor experiences visiting this location. Both times they were out of protein options during dinner hours, and gave small portions.
