Chick-fil-a - Austin

I rarely post reviews, but this is the only chick felt a with which I have problems. the lines are always ridiculous and if we try to skip the lines and order Uber Eats, this happens. the bag was sealed and this is the third time that our pommes food came only half full. I'm tired of really not getting my money worth when I use this place :

The environment was fashionable and welcoming. The staff were observant, efficient, and friendly. The food was delightful, delicious, and devoured. All the food is homemade with a caring and sharp eye. You could taste the detail and pride they took in their food. I would recommend to all my friends and family to come here. Was a well deserved treat to be a customer in their establishment, and will be repeated!

They?re really quick despite the lines being really long, food is always in a good state and i haven?t been disappointed yet. Definitely recommend

We were passing through and needed a place to sit, eat and talk, so this restaurant seemed like the quickest option. Upon entering, we were greeted by a manager who asked us where we would like to sit, which was a bit confusing at first. She then explained that at this location, a team member would take our order at the table. Despite our confusion, we went along with it. Surprisingly, our order was delivered by a delivery robot in less than 5 minutes. It seems that this is a new method used by major restaurants to avoid dealing with human errors.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and a sweet tea, both of which were delicious. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming.
