It is easy to select a bowl with only vegan options and the food is very tasteful. It is also popular with omnivores

I like the ease of selecting what goes in your bowl or wrap.

The only protein option is Falafel balls (lentils, rice, roasted sweet potatoes and roasted veggies are honorable mentions), they tasted great in my grain bowl. Several toppings to choose from and they all taste great. Vegan options are marked well. Also, their cucumber mint lemonade was refreshing (ton of sugar) but I needed that after a good kayaking day. Cava app sucks on Android, just forget about getting any rewards.

I was really taken care of here by a woman named Ms. Jay and she gave me a huge portion size and was very warm. The food was soo good too.

AAZING! Food, service and atmosphere. This is my first time in Cava and it was so good. A friend recommended this place. When I was my first time I wasn't sure what the staff was to pick was so nice and patient with me. They were busy, but they didn't rush me or left me bad for questions. You took time to help me. The court I chose was delicious and fresh. Thank you to Erik, Brenda and Jason. They made the experience even better.
